• Language Proficiency: Intermediate English proficiency (highly valued for this role with international clients).
• Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of digital platforms or CRM software.
• Availability: Commitment to working on-site, Monday through Friday.

Your Daily Contributions Will Include:

• Conducting collection calls to clients of external companies located across the U.S.
• Diligent and accurate recording and updating of all case information within our system.
• Proactive follow-up on payment agreements and expert resolution of client inquiries related to services.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding established performance metrics for quality, effectiveness, and recovery rates.
