Work with Sr HR Manager and all HR leadership team at CNC Manufacturing plant in Chihuahua to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs such as:
Knowledge and responsibilities
•Coverage plans and staffing
•Attracting and retaining exceptional people
•Overseeing the execution of onboarding for new employees
•Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to G&A management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
•Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs
•Ensuring job rotations for development and learning
•Partnering with G&A leaders to ensure compensation and performance management programs are properly executed

Job Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree required: Administration, R.I., or related.
•(MBA a plus)
•Minimum of 2 years' experience working in HR.
•English: Intermediate, bilingual is a plus.
•HR certification preferred.
•Effective at collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
•Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
•Excellent judgement in complex situations with multiple stakeholders
Willing to work the second shift and adaptable to shift changes as required. Demonstrates flexibility with work schedules.
