We are currently looking for a Training & Development Coordinator to support the growth and performance of our teams through impactful learning programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs to enhance individual skills and overall organizational effectiveness.
Lead the Onboarding Program and support the annual performance diagnosis (9-box).
Evaluate and manage training suppliers, including coordinating POs and payments.
Support employee engagement initiatives such as the I-Engage survey and follow-up action plans.
Promote company values through internal communications and the annual LTVA awards.
Ensure compliance with legal training requirements (STPS).
Represent Vesuvius in local HR committees (CAINTRA, ERIAC, CAPACITANET).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communications, Education, or related fields.
2 to 4 years of experience in training coordination, facilitation, curriculum design, and evaluation.
Basic knowledge of HR platforms (Tress, Success Factors).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Service-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous development.
Proficiency in English.
