The Content Operations Project Manager leads the execution of international content licensing workflows, with a strong focus on supporting partner operations across Latin America (LatAm) and providing oversight in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day content deliveries, onboarding new partners, and ensuring timely and accurate execution of licensing deals.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Global Content Operations, and regional teams, this role ensures seamless operational delivery, drives partner satisfaction, and maintains high standards of execution in high-growth territories.
Key Responsibilities
Studio Partner Operations
Oversee content deliveries for international licensees, VOD platforms, and ingest partners in LatAm and APAC.
Define timelines and tasks to support accurate content launches.
Project Management & Execution
Lead daily workflows, track project milestones, and support key initiatives.
Identify risks and dependencies to ensure smooth project execution.
Operational Process Improvement
Review and enhance content distribution workflows for consistency and efficiency.
Ensure internal systems reflect accurate data and are aligned with compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Align with Sales, Legal, and Content Operations to meet delivery expectations and partner needs.
Communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and escalate blockers as needed.
Partner Onboarding & Support
Manage onboarding workflows for new partners, document delivery requirements, and coordinate internal teams.
Maintain clear communication and track progress to ensure high service levels.
Reporting & Metrics
Contribute to monthly operational reports, delivery tracking, and stakeholder updates.
Provide data insights that support decision-making and process improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in media operations, content distribution, or entertainment licensing.
3+ years of experience managing projects or operational workflows.
Strong background in high-volume media delivery within fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in CMS, DAM systems, and content delivery platforms.
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management tools.
Solid understanding of metadata standards and media operations best practices.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong analytical mindset and experience with reporting.
Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a strong plus.
