What you will bring:

Academic Background, Languages & Certifications:

• Proficient in English
• PMI or equivalent Project management certification preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale or complex projects, especially those involving HR business transformation or software implementation
• Experience in HR or Payroll (PY) transformation projects
• Familiarity with Workday or SAP PY modules

Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in change management, risk & issue management, and stakeholder engagement
• Apply critical thinking to guide the project team through key decisions
• Lead workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Facilitate recurring team and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare and present status reports to senior management
