Nepanoa has partnered with our client in the search for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the execution of strategic projects within the manufacturing and supply chain environment

About

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all key aspects of timely project delivery, including planning, execution, control, reporting, escalation, and closure. This role works closely with internal teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Electrical, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Service/Installation to ensure each project moves efficiently from scope and objective definition to successful completion. We are looking for a results-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the successful initiation, scope definition, budgeting, planning, design strategy, execution, tracking, control, reporting, equipment commissioning, and closure of projects.
• Assign and manage project personnel based on experience, scope requirements, and availability.
• Ensure each project has clearly defined goals, timelines, and deliverables; Project Managers are accountable for achieving these objectives.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve best practices for Project Management, including the development of written procedures, workflows, schedules, forms, and templates to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Lead project budgeting and planning, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget compliance.
• Form and guide cross-functional project teams, facilitating definition meetings, production kickoffs, and milestone reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide strategic direction, clear written and verbal communication, and foster a productive, innovative, and fair project work environment.
• Clearly communicate any changes in project scope and their impact on cost and schedule.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to identify and procure long-lead items outside the MRP system when necessary to support project timelines.
• Manage all project communications, offering both formal and informal updates to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
• Travel as required to support client development and project execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support company goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of project management experience in the manufacturing and/or supply chain sector.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project for scheduling and resource planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs.
• Advanced English level
• Valid US visa (B1/B2) is required for travel purposes
