The Opportunity
Hyatt Hotels Corporation is in search of a Manager, Compensation & Benefits responsible for aligning and managing the international Compensation and Benefits programs with the company's overall Total Rewards philosophy and priorities for supported groups. Additionally, this position involves analyzing data on wages, salaries, and the cost of benefits, determining market rates, evaluating jobs, and designing and supporting incentive programs.

The Role
Listed functions are:
- Administer and assess international broad-based compensation programs that may include merit, bonus, or salary ranges for selected groups.
- Conduct job leveling and market pricing for supported groups.
- Provide subject matter expertise for global compensation and support the implementation of total rewards strategies.
- Communicate total rewards policies and procedures to HR teams, leadership, and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide Compensation subject matter expertise to regions and HR business partners.
- Lead and support cross-functional projects related to Total Rewards.
- Lead International Compensation & Benefits Team.
