we´re looking for a Finance Project Manager. The primary function of this position is to help lead a team responsible the management and administration of sales incentive compensation. This role will work closely with leaders to support the growth of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and respond actively, and with sensitivity, to the needs of all internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Drive the monthly processes supporting account lists management, personnel changes, data validations, and attainment reporting and analysis.
• Prepare the annual budget and manage the monthly forecasting process, and corresponding analysis.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate non-value-added activities, while working to automate and streamline processes.
• Identify and drive process and system enhancements and actively participate in process improvement projects.
• Effectively engage all levels of the organization through written and oral communication.
• Identify knowledge gaps and develop tools, processes, and models to provide meaningful information to internal customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, complex problem-solving, and presentation skills to work with people at all levels of the organization.
• Must be self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
