A Global industrial company is seeking a Finance Manager with strong knowledge of local accounting standards and regulations to strategically and operationally lead the financial function of its manufacturing plant in San Luis Potosí. This role is responsible for ensuring financial strength, compliance, accurate reporting, and alignment with corporate financial policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, treasury, and payroll
• Prepare financial statements and perform budget analysis
• Manage cash flow and inventory control
• Ensure tax compliance and handle internal and external audits
• Coordinate with corporate finance in the US for reporting and financial alignment
• Supervise foreign trade operations (imports and exports)
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary administrative teams

Candidate Profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), postgraduate studies preferred
• Advanced English (minimum 95%)
• At least 8 years of finance experience in the industrial sector (automotive preferred)
• Solid knowledge of accounting, financial planning, tax compliance, and foreign trade
• Proficiency in Office 365, ERP systems, accounting and banking software
