Commercial Real Estate Company Seeks Marketing Coordinator with experience in Graphic Design and Real Estate Projects
We are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Coordinator with Graphic Design experience in web management, high-quality marketing materials, illustration, branding, portfolio design, and electronic marketing.
Position Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in Real Estate
• Language Proficiency: 95% fluency in written and spoken English
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Adobe Acrobat, and HTML, Adobe Creative Suite and CRM.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of PC software, including Microsoft Office
• Project Management Skills
• CRM / Reporting
• Experience with Listing management platforms
