Description

• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term strategic financial planning.
• Analyze monthly financial results against budget and prior periods, identifying key deviations and root causes.
• Provide high-impact financial reports and insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Design and implement advanced financial models for forecasting, scenario planning, and business unit profitability.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain to align financial projections with business drivers.
• Recommend strategic adjustments in cost structure, pricing, investment, or product mix to optimize profitability.
• Define financial scenarios to evaluate business growth opportunities, risk exposure, or investment returns.
• Approve and validate financial projections, ensuring quality, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and safeguard confidentiality of sensitive data.

Profile

• Based in Puebla or open to permanent relocation.
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Recent experience in consumer goods or manufacturing companies within multinational environments.
• At least 6 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles, including team leadership or management responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools; experience with ERP systems or BI tools is a plus.
• Business partnering mindset, with a holistic view of the business, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
