Job Title :Tren Maya - Healt Hub Deploymnet Engineer.

Purpose of the job:

The Health Hub deployment Engineer is in charge of the specification, follow-up, validation and commissioning of Health Hub solutions, deployed for the After-Sale Service of Train Maya systems: Rolling Stock, Signaling, Communication.

Reports directly to: The HealthHub deployment engineer reports to the Rolling Stock Maintenance Engineer of Services project, and has a strong functional connexion with Latin-AMerica HealthHub engineer.

• Control Room (Alstom and Operator), possibly drivers.

Key accountabilities:

The scope of Health Hub is multiple:

• Collect the data generated by smart systems and human interventions
• Process these data, in order to generate synthetic information enabling decisions
• Propose a platform for analyzing and displaying the same information.

For Train Maya and for example, the scope of Health Hub includes especially:

• TrainTracer Central Fleet Management (CFM) solution, providing remotely real time location, status, events and faults of the trains
• Maintenance Assistance Service (MAS) solution, providing additional data for maintenance optimization
• TrainScanner solution, for automated scanning of the wheels in the main maintenance locations and best care of this key component
• Remote diagnosis system if Signaling & Communication systems.

The purpose of Health Hub is to support different groups of users, in particular:

• The operator, including train conductors, in understanding the status of systems in real time, and making accurate decision (especially recovering actions after failure) ;
• The Fleet manager and Maintenance planner, in scheduling the maintenance activities at the right time, in the right place, depending on the condition of the systems ;
• The troubleshooters, providing them all the information that can be collected remotely, in order to prepare their intervention on the systems
• The engineering group, providing them information especially for :
  • Reliability growth purpose : failures analysis, trends
  • Maintenance optimization : allowing Predictive and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), using Advanced Maintenance Analytics (AMA) developed by Alstom expert and project team.

As the leader of Health Hub deployment within the Services project, he/she is :

• The representative of Services Tren Maya project, and the entry point for Services Product Line Health Hub project engineer, for the deployment of Health Hub solutions
• The coordinator of the actions allocated to Services México team, related to HH deployment.

He/She checks that the delivery from the different participants (internal and external) complies with committed "QCD" package: scope, cost, schedule.

His/Her role covers also some coordination of interfaces with internal and external players, only within the scope agreed and delegated to Services México (e.g. civil works for the installation of Train Scanners, or end validation of the whole solution with the support of the same players).

Scope (Q): HealthHub solution operational and fully validated, meeting contractual commitment and maintenance needs:

• Hardware
• Software (communication interfaces, project configuration)
• Associated services (internet connection, mobile phone network subscription, data storage solution...)

Cost (C): solution respecting committed budget

Delivery schedule (D): solution available at committed date.

all the above within the limits of the scope of responsibility defined for Services México, and making sure it matches with Services'project expectations in terms of functions, quality/maturity and delivery date.

Reporting

The HealthHub deployment engineer reports to the Rolling Stock Maintenance Engineer of Services project, and has a strong functional connexion with Latin-AMerica HealthHub engineer.

Educational Requirements :

Engineering degree, in electrical or mechanical fields (ideally both).

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in systems integration or maintenance, desirable in railways environment.

Minimum overall understanding of train functions is mandatory (any kind of rolling stock: tramway, metro, regional, mainline...)
• experience of Train Systems appreciated - else experience in supervision/diagnosis of complex computerized systems.

Competencies & Skills

• Minimum 5 years in Railways environment, ideally in systems integration or maintenance.
  
  Understanding of Railways Systems and/or Train Control.
  
  Understanding of train operation and maintenance (any kind of rolling stock: tramway, metro, regional, mainline...)
  
  Ideally: knowledge of Alstom HealthHub, or competitor's (not as good :-) ) equivalent solution.

Job Location / Time / Mobility Requirements

• The job is based in Cancún, QROO, México.
• Business trips to Suppliers' and/or other Alstom sites may be required.
