We are looking for a: MECHANICAL ENGINEERING PROCESS TEAM LEADER

Leading the Process team in mechanical engineering, which is responsible for the engineering of booths, ovens, work decks and PTEC systems in a paint shop. Ensuring the achievement of objectives and timely completion of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the process team in mechanical engineering and ensuring the achievement of objectives and timely completion of ongoing projects.
• Participation in the planning of team resources.
• Independently coordinating and rolling out team-relevant processes.
• Intensive cross-departamental cooperation with sales, purchasing, project management and fabrication.
• Expert function on topics of related to Booths/Ovens/ASU´s/Workdecks/PTEC Systems.
• Support the team in understanding customer specifications and making clarifications with the customer.
• Support the team in Basic Engineering and Detail Engineering and generate scopes of work for external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience using CAD with Solidworks, Microstation, Schematics.
• SAP
• Sense of urgency.
• Leadership
• Know how regarding processes.
• Fluent English.

Experiencie:

• 5 to 8 years in industrial processes.
• Project leading related.
• Leading big teams.
• Desirable experience in paintshops.
