Responsibilities:
Handle consultations for VIP clients and build long-term relationships with them.
Communicate with clients via chat and calls.
Provide outstanding VIP customer service through our communication channels.
Respond to client inquiries.
Resolve issues and ensure timely, effective solutions.
Maintain and manage the client database.
Present and sell the company's products and services.
Generate timely reports using the CRM system.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably with VIP or high-value clients, either online or in-person.
Prior experience communicating with clients via chat and phone.
Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office, Google Services, and CRM systems is essential.
Personal qualities required:
At least 6 months of previous sales experience.
Ability to multitask, work with KPIs, strong teamwork, and results-driven mindset.
