Ford Champs program will allow to get to know different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

The Vehicle Engineering PVT Ford Champ will be supporting the VE Team on the day-to-day activities related to vehicle attributes, ensuring overall quality performance for vehicles produced at HSAP.

Responsibilities

• VE PVT Team on the analysis for quality issues in plant.
• Functional trials in line for Vehicle Engineering.
• VE PVT Team to address and manage warranty calls.
• Creation and maintenance for the monthly warranty reports
• Static and dynamic vehicle evaluations.
• Technical and quality reviews with Ford D&R's and Suppliers
• Vehicle preparation for external drives.
• Control plan for S&R and Air Leakage

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish - English
• Good communication and verbal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proactive and self-learner
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Good driving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Quick Learner
• Great attitude to learn.
• Availability (25 hours per week) to combine with college schedule.
• Driver License
