FUNCTIONS:
Project manager in front of the customer representing Antolin, in coordination with the Commercial responsible Responsible for the Product Safety, during the Development phase Lessons Learnt management Preserve Antolin intellectual property, promoting when needed patents release Responsible for Information Security Project management according to Antolin Management Model (starting on P06), making sure that all team members fulfill their requirements. Coordination of all project team members and activities, deploying the project targets per function and making sure their fulfillment Create the global Project planning (incorporating the planning of each project function and its activities) and make the periodical follow-up. Resources (personnel, investments...) planning, follow-up and optimization, in order to fulfil project targets Plan and execute periodical project meetings, in order to guarantee the activities coordination and targets achievement. Meeting reports elaboration. Plan and execute Phase closure meetings. Coordinate the fulfilment of the other project gates (PPCR, IPA and FCC) with the function responsible. Indicators (KPI, PQF) follow up, establishing actions plan with the project team when targets are not achieved. Project Risk management coordination with all team member, including preventive actions plans to cancel or minimize its impact. Generate Project Proposal Investment, MultiAnnual Budget and Investment Codes release on time. Economic management of the project, including resource management, budgets and profitability targets achievement. Periodical follow-up needed. In the case of not nominated Supply Chain Manager, manage together with Project Purchasing the complete nomination process of Productive material. Management of the Product-Process modifications, including economic management and its repercussions to customer (when customer responsibility). Tooling invoicing management, including coordination with Commercial, Plant Finance and other functions needed.
