We are looking to hire a Project Mgr I-Gen to join our team at Chihuahua.

Position Summary

Ensure proper transfer and launch of new programs assigned to it, assuming ownership of all those programs for their lifetime.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the proper transfer and launch of new programs assigned to him/her, assuming membership of all those programs during their productive life.
• To control the costs and budgets involved with each program, ensuring profits at all times.
• Always maintain visibility of the measures (KPI'S) of the programs.
• To internally coordinate efforts to meet requirements of service parts requested by customers and to ensure those are being delivered at the best cost, with quality and on time.
• To manage engineering changes
• To coordinate the several areas of the interdisciplinary group (Manufacture, quality, materials) during the launches
• To coordinate visits from the customers
• Work side by side with "26 Mile" teams
• Componets handling

Requeriments:

• Strong experience in the automotive industry in launching new products.
• Customer specific requirements
• Ability to manage staff and relationships with internal and external clients
• English (fluent)
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 /ISO 9001
• Strong problem analysis and decision-making skills.
• Timings (Milestones)
• Engineering
• Nice to have experience in the automotive industry in launching new products.
• Nice to hace certification in PMP
• BOM's management
