We are currently seeking a Project Manager-Middle to join our team in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes (MX-AGU), Mexico (MX).

Responsible for initiating, planning, executing, managing and implementing digital transformation projects. Manages resources and cross functional teams to achieve the project objectives on time, within scope, and on budget. Ensures the ongoing process/system capabilities associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in digital project designs. Has broad understanding of the solution being managed to guide the client expertly in collaboration with consultant & engineering teams. Works closely with client and team members to track requirements throughout a projects' lifecycle. Have a thorough understanding of product and application development processes inclusive of agile methodologies

• Provides project management support to multiple simple projects or components of larger projects with some oversight •
• Supports all aspects of the project execution including chartering, scope definition, requirements elicitation, project planning, change control, risk management and reporting.
• Supports recost control for their projects.
• Participates in the identification, resolution, and escalation of project risks and issues
• Develops a complete understanding of the business problems and solutions included within the scope of their project
• Identifies blockers and challenges that the project team is facing and takes steps to remove them or mitigate their impact
• Clearly communicates project details such as schedule, status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Establishes meaningful relationships with project team members.
• Develop an understanding of project management principles and lessons learned to project assignment resource planning, cost estimation, schedule management, work prioritization, budget development and
