Visión general

Define the critical variables in the process and seek to improve the CP and CPK as well as reduce the variation in the processes. Participate in the improvement projects of the different areas (preparation of Casting & Case Mold, White Inspection, Glazing & Dryers) to define the correct process.

Responsabilidades

Generate work instructions and problem solving and define correct control limits for each variable.

• Define critical variables in the process.•

Improvement of CP and CPK.

• Generate work instruction.
• Having defined the correct control limits for each variable.
• FMEA in each of the processes.

Participate in the preparation projects of the ceramic processes to define the correct process

Requisitios

• Education

Degree in chemistry engineering or Industrial.

• Experience

One to three years in the same position (preferable ceramic industry)

• Skills and abilities

Knowledge of safety, health and environment system.

Ceramic.

SPC.

Six Sigma.

Excel, databases, dynamic table.
