PROJECT MANAGER JR

Coordinates assigned aspects of a project and supports Project Managers in management and execution of the project. Executes work packages as assigned and supervised by a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Project Director.

Your responsibilities

• Conducts analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning and Controls Manager.
• Prepares materials and assists in project reviews. Updates project (cost) adjustments approved by the Project Manager and Controller in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
• Monitors, controls, and releases invoicing requests based on instructions from the Project Manager.
• Demonstrates an understanding of HSE terms, concept application, reporting, and risks related to the project.
• Takes necessary actions (when appropriate and under the direction of a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager/Project Director) to mitigate project HSE risks.
• Defines and applies basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and drives the updating process.
• Takes ownership of the maintenance and adherence to the billing plan milestones.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical or related Engineering.
• Two years of experience working with orders and and project managements.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experience working with Salesforce and Power BI is desirable.
• Customer care, proactive and self - driven.
• Advanced English level.
• Availability to travel (once per month)
