Objective of the position:

The IT Project Coordinator works with multiple project managers cross functionally. He/She ensures the proper communication between all relevant parties.
This role helps to supervise the progress of a project, helps on building up the necessary documentation, works closely with 3rd party vendors in order to keep the project on track.
Helps on identifying project risks, keep tracks of the open action items and follow up upon completion.
Coordinates the daily activities to ensure the project goals are met within budget and on time.
Must have experience on IT Cisco infrastructure projects. This role is hands on as needed

Main Functions:

• Carrying out administrative duties like data collection, follow up on project plans, and present it for decision makers for doing informed decisions
• Works closely with cross functional project managers, assistants, 3rd party vendors, application and infrastructure teams to get solutions in place, on time, on budget
• Helps organizing meetings, presentations, trainings and other events ensuring all necessary members are invited
• actively participate and coordinate the network architecture and planning for the project
• Follow up and supervise network deployment and activities related with the current project
