Our team is integral to the broader Network Infrastructure Business Group by ensuring the smooth execution of project-related activities. We focus on reporting, documentation management, tool access provisioning, and solving tool-related issues. Our work supports various Network Infrastructure projects across Nokia, enhancing efficiency and compliance with information security policies. Join our Regional Delivery Center as a Project Manager Office Intern and be part of a collaborative and innovative team! You'll play a crucial role in executing project-related activities, focusing on reporting, documentation management, and tool access. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of multiple projects across Nokia, ensuring compliance with information security policies.

Responsibilities

As part of the team, you will have to:

• Manage communication and SharePoint data.
• Prepare project management manuals and quick guides to facilitate understanding of processes and tools.
• Provide tools access provisioning support to the Americas region.
• Conduct activities related to reporting, project management tools, financial reporting, and documentation management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tool issues based on a thorough understanding of processes.
• Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines, including ISMS (ISO27001).
• Support project management activities and provide general assistance to the team.

Qualifications

You have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel (dynamic tables, complex formulas, and database management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.

During the period, you can learn the Project Management Environment, common Tools and process link to a Project Manager Role by proving support to them.
