Main Responsibilities

• As part of the Regional HR Application product for R3, the person in charge will work cross IT HR products to sustain existent regional applications, own processes and servers, serve as a senior for the team, implement global solutions and support local business needs.

What Skills You Need

• Strong English skills (speaking and writing).
• Strong Database skills (SQL sintax, SQL Server, Oracle DB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong Coding skills (Visual Studio / VBA, Python, JavaScript, Node or similar).
• Knowledgeable with Cloud (AWS preferred) and CICD pipelines.
• Experience with Application Server Support and End User Support.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to excel on a cross-functional team.
• Ability to handle adverse situations with a positive attitude in order to find successful solutions.
• Skilled on project implementation & activities coordination.
• Experience working on Agile Teams.
