Is developing people in your DNA? And does it excite you in a production environment? We're currently seeking a Training Leader for our Eceatepec plant!
This position reports directly to Manufacturing Management.
- ?About the Role
The Capability Leader supports the development of individual colleagues and teams in the implementation and assurance of company standards in the areas of safety, quality, production, maintenance, logistics, and culture.
This role will be key to developing skills and knowledge within the Manufacturing team and will actively participate in managing the training and education pillar, ensuring effective training that contributes to plant efficiency and productivity, and implementing the continuous TPM methodology.
- What You Will Do
- Planning and execution of the training and development matrix.
- Ensures the diagnosis and identification of training and development needs, both locally and regionally aligned.
- Development of learning tools, content, and methodologies to improve and standardize training materials, implementation processes, and assurance tools (status checks) based on best practices.
- Coordinates the logistics of the training program at the job and pillar levels.
- Leads the onboarding and in-service training process.
- Tracks and monitors the impact of training on operational results.
- Controls key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact on progress and certification of capabilities.
- Prioritizes the competency matrix based on the loss matrix.
- Contacts and develops training providers.
- Supports production teams in the implementation and assurance of standards and technical work processes.
- Will generate the strategy in conjunction with the leaders of the different processes. • Serves as an example to all regarding safety, quality, and leadership.
- Serves as the driving force in implementing and ensuring company standards, TPM work processes, technical skills, systems, and tools.
- Participates in TPM audits.
- Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and establishes clear goals for production capabilities and performance in conjunction with manufacturing management.
- Who You Are
?
?• Minimum experience: 1 to 3 years in similar positions or with experience in maintenance, production, human resources, training in manufacturing companies, or related areas.
• Academic qualifications: Industrial Engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering, electrical engineering, HR, or related fields.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suites (advanced Excel), data management and analysis in Power BI, project or process management and leadership, change management, KPI traceability, continuous improvement methodologies, Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), management systems (ISO), and industrial safety.
• English: Intermediate (conversational)
