Summary:

Governance team member will be responsible for leading and managing deliverables/projects related to corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Bank policies and external regulations.

Education:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain standards and procedures for governance deliverables.
• Ensure that all requirements comply with applicable internal bank policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and present progress reports of deliverables and performance metrics to senior management to identify risk items and escalate them.
• Remediate and follow up security vulnerabilities reported on application servers.
• Engage global teams to promote governance mandates remediation.
• Ownership to understand and solve governance mandates.
• Governance mandate fulfillment.
• End Of Life products remediation execution / follow up.
• Manage plans for governance projects with development effort.

Languages:

· Advanced English.

Skills and Competencies:

· Solid knowledge in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

· Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

· Knowledge of financial regulations and governance policies.

Technology:

· Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.). highly desirable.

Experience:

· 5 years in governance role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
