Governance team member will be responsible for leading and managing deliverables/projects related to corporate governance, ensuring compliance with Bank policies and external regulations.
Education:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain standards and procedures for governance deliverables.
Ensure that all requirements comply with applicable internal bank policies and external regulations.
Prepare and present progress reports of deliverables and performance metrics to senior management to identify risk items and escalate them.
Remediate and follow up security vulnerabilities reported on application servers.
Engage global teams to promote governance mandates remediation.
Ownership to understand and solve governance mandates.
Governance mandate fulfillment.
End Of Life products remediation execution / follow up.
Manage plans for governance projects with development effort.
Languages:
· Advanced English.
Skills and Competencies:
· Solid knowledge in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
· Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
· Knowledge of financial regulations and governance policies.
· 5 years in governance role, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
