Responsibilities

• Tracking expenses and coordinating the budget for maintenance with precision, ensuring that all financial aspects are strictly managed to support the department's success.
• Maintaining all machinery to ensure it functions at outstanding working standards, contributing to our reputation for world-class operations.
• Crafting and implementing maintenance procedures that set the benchmark for industry practices, ensuring all processes are streamlined and effective.
• Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems promptly, maintaining a proactive approach to facility management.
• Planning and managing all repair and installation activities, demonstrating your ability to determine the best course of action and successfully implement solutions.
• Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures, encouraging a safe and secure environment for all employees.
• Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates to optimize operations and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Detailing and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs to provide clear and actionable insights into maintenance activities.
• Coordinating equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary, maintaining seamless operations and ensuring no downtime due to equipment shortages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, facility management, or a similar field is preferred, reflecting a strong educational foundation suitable for this role.
• Proficient in English/Spanish to support clear and effective communication across our diverse teams and collaborators.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric schematics.
• Familiarity with TPM, LO/TO (Log-Out/Tag-Out) procedures.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes, CNC maintenance, A/C-chiller systems, vacuum systems, and servomotors.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, allowing you to guide your team to achieve ambitious goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners at all levels.
