• Provide personal feedback to each team member to monitor progress on their personal objectives and development plan

• Maintain a competence matrix to evaluate progress on team members skills development and identify training needs

• Review and update standard work adequacy (procedures/work instructions) from his area as needed vs KEMX International standards certifications and customer specific requirements min every 24 months

• Execute periodic self-assessment to monitor standard work is been executed by their team members • Generate projects to simplify standard work and reduce mistakes, labor, cycle time, process variation without impact management system requirements

• Implement improvement plans • Generate Company savings thru continuous improvement projects

• Implement a periodic team review (Gemba) of metric trend and progress versus goals

• Coach team members on problem solving and data analysis activities, as well as, monitor progress on documented action plans

• Develop visual tools to standardize reports and monitor progress supporting data analysis (Ex Power BI, PI, Dashboards)

• Provide periodic status reports and improvements plan from their assigned area and metrics owned

• Participate as Quality System Internal Auditor

Supports the Vision and Guiding Principles and other policies of Kimball Electronics Mexico

• Comply with all Safety, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
