Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico City or Guanajuato.

About the role:
As a CBRE HSE Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing health, safety and environmental programs for the client.
What you'll do:
Promote a positive and proactive culture to influence stakeholders and ensure compliance.
Oversee health, safety and environmental regulatory compliance for the client.
Manage HSE programs and initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and client needs.
Assist with the implementation and review of manuals and procedures. Ensure health, safety and environmental initiatives drive program consistency and efficiency.
Monitor injury, illness and incident reporting. Provide recommendations on how to prevent risks.
Track operational and safety risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to prevent potential incidents.
Work with stakeholders to identify potential concerns. Communicate findings, concerns and deficiencies with appropriate channels.
What you'll need:
Associate degrees in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Additional certifications as required by local authority.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the field.
Advanced English.
Deep experience with Microsoft Office suite.
Leadership skills, conflict resolution, information management.
