We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle/Project Manager to join our team. As a Vehicle/Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of vehicle projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and on schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives, and oversee the implementation of project plans. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and take necessary actions to mitigate them.

General Activities:

*Ensure that all program targets (quality, cost, timing) are identified and communicated, Status to target tracked and communicated per program requirements

*Manage the programs development status with the extended team, gather information from supporting teams, plan & present the program status slides

*Coordination of all activities according to Function development process and reporting on program status at each milestone

*Verify and manage planning timelines for project development

*Responsible for developing and executing test plans and procedures in a virtual environment or on vehicle (HIL, SIL, VIL etc)

*Responsible for validating Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) functions and performances necessary to successfully launch Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) features to production.

*Managing all the development activities for vehicle programs, from program approval to Job1 and beyond, including product lifecycle actions.

*Ensures that development milestones are met, and the program achieve all targets in terms of quality, cost and time.

*Responsible for coordinating all activities according to function group development process and reporting on program status at each milestone.

*Ensure that all program targets are identified and communicated Status to target tracked and communicated per program requirements

*Verify and manage planning timelines for project development, integrating the information coming from all company functions and communicate program direction and changes

*Manage and to communicate key sourcing milestone dates Lead management team meetings for program & key issue approval

*Assure the accomplishment of project milestones and gate review compliance according to Product & Process Development Plan Coordinate/assist during all the development phases KPI reporting (program readiness)

*Lead creation of Senior Management presentation decks as required and coordinate presentation pre-reviews Identify/communicate program cost/investment loop schedule and management reviews

*Define launch cadence

*Ensure cost / investment recovery actions are identified/implemented as necessary

*Lead viability investigation on product / engine grid modification initiatives as necessary via the corporate bulletin system.

*Leads, Instructs, directs, assigns, and checks the work of team members

*Ensure continuous alignment of scope and strategic business objective, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness toward business result and strategic intent.

*Determine and coordinate the sharing of resources among project constituents to benefit the overall success of the program, while building credibility, establishing rapport, and maintaining communication at all levels.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/ Aerospace/Computer/Computer Science or equivalent).

4+ years Experience

'Technical Skills:

- Project Management experience

- Experienced in component/system design/software/development/integration

- Test Engineer or Systems Engineer understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle activities (all phases)

- Understanding of the Software Management and best practices, methodologies, tools and Processes

- Have a good understanding of electronics (hardware, software)

- Knowledge of best practices Program Management

- Knowledge of Automotive SPICE, CMMI and ISO/IEC 33000 (ASPICE preferred)

- Knowledge of Simulink, Matlab, and Labview

- Knowledge of C, C++

- Knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems ADAS

- Software architecture design and programming experience

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Knowledge of software integration and testing

- Software testing in environments such as SIL, MIL, HIL and on target and back to back loop Test automation tools.

- Well versed in MS Office

- High level of proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing)
