How will you make a difference?

As a member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for organizing and directing unionized technical staff, monitoring from development to implementation of the different maintenances that arise, providing service to different departments in the needs that arise and interacting with the technicians to follow the LOTO rules during the activities.

• Bachelor Degre in Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Administrator or similar
• Minimum experience of 3 years in the Maintenance area.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Electricity, Power, substations
• Knowledge of computer packages such as Office.
• English 85%
• Basic knowledge in CNC
• Intermediate knowledge in PLC
• Open and closed loop servomechanisms.
• Development and implementation of A3
• Diagram reading (hydraulic, electrical, electronic, pneumatic)
• AC/DC Electricity
• Management and failure analysis in Robots
• Management and failure combustion Oven
• Crane intervention Cranes
• Washing Machines
• Hydraulic presses
• Vacuum pumps
• Experience in LOTO machines and good safety practices

What will your typical day look like?

• Generation and updating of metric graphs in their area of responsibility.
• Budget control assigned to your area of responsibility.
• Development of the personnel in charge.
• Development of Risk Reduction projects.
• Development of Cycle Time Reduction projects.
• Development of Cost Time Reduction projects.
• Closure of alerts in Ops Vision and actions in the WOS
• Perform work or service quotation activities, follow up on the delivery of quotes, requisition of these needs in Oracle system, be aware of the entry of invoices of what is requested. Which you will be trained to do.

What about the physical demands of the job?

• Available to work from in night shift from 6pm to 6 am
• You will be asked to be aware of the weekend activities of the technical staff in charge, for the activities that are carried out on the weekend in the plant.
