We have an opportunity for a Producer to join our team.

Producer (Full-time, permanent contract)

Location: Monterrey, NL, Mexico

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute dev and video game production projects.
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and resources.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and internal teams.
• Document progress (Peer Log, RAID/decisions log), metrics, and status reports.
• Ensure deliveries are within scope, on time, and on budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in production or project management.
• Knowledge of the development production life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Advanced English (verbal and written communication).
• Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and flexible attitude.

Preferred:

• Education in Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
• Creativity, initiative, positive mindset, and ability to adapt quickly.
