Purpose of the Position
Responsible for providing support to commercial areas for retention and good service to companies in the payroll portfolio, as well as managing regulatory issues to ensure correct compliance in the area. Budget management and reconciliations derived from projects acquired by Management.
Defines strategies to enhance the sales team, knowing and measuring the effectiveness of its management towards new and existing clients.
Among the functions of your area are, but not limited to:
• Creation, analysis and management of commercial strategies that allow the growth of the payroll portfolio according to the opportunities identified by the area.
• Ensure AB&C and regulatory guidelines are met.
• Administration and control of budgets assigned for Marketing, Supplies and Business Supports
• Development and collaboration in Payroll communication strategies towards external and internal clients to reinforce or publicize the benefits of Payroll individually or as a company.
• Facilitate and supervise the appropriate use of commercial tools and make them available to the entire structure
• Follow-up of established strategies to ensure commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and leadership skills
• Strong management of internal teams
Main Responsibilities • Commercial support to sales and post-sales payroll teams • Management and Control of regulatory processes. Monitoring of documentation of policies and procedures through internal regulatory areas. • Attention to audits, support for regulatory reports and consultations from teams such as FCC, Frauds, QA, etc. • Control, administration and monitoring of Business Supports Clients / Shareholders • Improve the level of customer recommendations • Protect the HSBC brand • Increase cross-selling of products • Protect the assets of shareholders by acting with the values of the institution.
Requirements
• Required Major: Administration, finance, law • Master's degree in economic-administrative areas (desirable) • Knowledge of payroll products • Language: intermediate English • Excellent service attitude • Ability to work under pressure • Teamwork • Ability to motivate work teams • Management of databases and office parcels • Leadership
