Job Summary:
Responsible for complying with Belden Policies. Provides support and take responsibility and accountability regarding the effectiveness of Quality Management System and Environmental System.
Responsibilities:
##Implementing overall recruiting strategy, responsible for Acquistion methods and strategies.
##Will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews and managing the hiring paperwork.
##Source candidates by using databases and social media
##Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
##Supervises direct labor hiring and all related to it.
##Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires and Prepare progress reports on a X basis
##All activities related to the job.##Provide attention and guidance to diverse personnel requirements
##Coordinate, promote and publicize the programs and company#s events assigned.
##Know and apply administrative processes, discharges, leaves, vacations, contracts, salary changes, etc. As required.##All activities related to the job.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience with exposure to Recruitment and Organizational Deveolpment
- Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills
- Prior experience in HR Policies, Best practices and Employer branding methods
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, software proficiency in SAP, TRESS and Microsoft Office tools
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking
