Description

• Supervise and execute accounting processes related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, and general accounting.

• Manage financial reporting according to corporate policies, ensuring the integrity of accounting information.

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements at the P&L EBITDA level, net income, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.

• Ensure compliance with updated tax regulations (ISR, VAT, DIOT, provisional payments, annual tax return, IMSS, state taxes).

• Attend to and follow up on internal and external audits.

• Collaborate in the migration, development, implementation, and adjustment of ERP processes (previous experience preferred).

• Report to the foreign headquarters and ensure compliance with global financial requirements.

• Guarantee compliance with local accounting standards (NIF) and IFRS in all accounting and financial processes.

• Lead a team with a collaborative approach, fostering an environment focused on achievement and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (with degree and professional license).

• Advanced conversational English (mandatory).

• Recent experience in global manufacturing or logistics sector companies.

• Experience supervising general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory departments.

• Proficient in local accounting standards (NIF) and international standards (IFRS).

• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.

• Leadership, proactivity, and team supervision skills.
