What You'll Do

As an Accountant, you'll play a vital role in supporting client accounts from start to finish, ensuring precision and timeliness across key financial operations. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited):

• Generating and sending customer invoices
• Categorizing transactions via bank feeds
• Coding vendor bills accurately
• Recording and printing checks

Performing month-end close tasks:

• Clearing suspense transactions
• Reconciling balance sheets
• Analyzing P&L by customer and by month

Preparing detailed financial reports:

• Balance Sheet
• Profit & Loss
• P&L by customer
• AR Aging Summary
• General Ledger & Trend Reports

We seek professionals who are organized, analytical, and eager to provide excellent service:

• Experience: 2–3 years in a full-cycle accounting role
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Technical Skills: QuickBooks experience is a strong plus
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English
• Professionalism: Strong time management and task prioritization
• Client Focus: Experience in customer or client-facing environments
• Adaptability: Capable of conducting accounting research and resolving issues independently
• Availability: Limited time off allowed during U.S. tax season (January 15 – April 15)
