We are seeking a Plant Controller to manage all financial operations at our manufacturing plant in Romita, Guanajuato. You will be responsible for budgeting, cost control, and profitability, reporting directly to the Corporate Controller.

Description

As the Plant Controller, you will:

• Manage income, expenses, journal entries, and monthly/annual closings
• Oversee CAPEX and fixed asset management, including evaluation and control
• Lead cost accounting and analyze production variances to optimize costs
• Own the plant's P&L, ensuring profitability and financial health
• Coordinate accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes
• Prepare weekly financial projections and support budget planning
• Drive productivity and efficiency improvements from a financial view
• Collaborate with teams to provide financial insights supporting operations

Profile

• Financial planning and cost accounting
• General accounting and CAPEX management
• Fixed assets and full P&L management
• Productivity efficiency and variance analysis
• Monthly and annual financial closings
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-3 years as Controller in manufacturing or related industries
• Advanced English
