Head of Brand Innovation Lab LATAM

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably MBA or advance degree

·       8+ years of experience in marketing/creative leadership roles

·       8+ years experience leading and developing creative teams

·       Experience working with global brands and agencies

·       Demonstrated experience with data-driven decision making and metrics

·       Strong track record of P&L management and delivering revenue growth

·       Excellence in organizational and relationship-building skills

·       Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)

·       Experience influencing senior stakeholders both internally and externally

·       Proven success in launching and scaling new market initiatives

Key responsabilities

·       Lead a team of 10+ innovators, creatives, salespeople, and art directors in Mexico and Brazil

·       Drive customer obsession by leading and developing a high-performing creative team through clear goals, metrics-driven decisions, and a culture of innovation

·       Own and deliver market-level goals, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics

·       Build strategic partnerships with advertising clients through working backwards documents and data-driven insights

·       Demonstrate high judgment and maintain the company high bar in all aspects of work

·       Partner with Sales leadership to identify and capture new business opportunities, driving incremental revenue growth

·       Pioneer new ways to leverage the company platforms while maintaining focus on customer experience

·       Optimize team resources and capacity through data-driven decision making

·       Ensure excellence in execution through proper use of internal tolos.

·       Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive team success

Temporary contract for 10 months to cover a maternity leave.

Full time job, Monday to Friday, on-site in Polanco, CDMX.
