Essential Duties & Responsibilities:In this role, you will lead the automation of quality operations and provide end-to-end technical guidance from initiation to completion. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:
- Quality, Observability and Performance champion.
- Designing and constructing a quality engineering strategy.
- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
- Develop and support software integrations, including applications, database, interfaces, and new testing frameworks creation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure the organization meets business objectives and compliance standards.
- Support integration tests and deployment of new frameworks and testability features.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Data preparation and obfuscation.
- Increasing the visibility of software quality metrics across the engineering team and the organization.
- Introduction of quality engineering processes.
- Serving as a technical mentor for other Quality engineers and providing technical oversight for automated testing suites.
- Supporting development teams on key initiatives or projects from requirements to design to implementation.
- Expanding automation processes to improve functionality, availability, and manageability of enterprise applications.
- Requires an individual to maintain the ability to work in an environment with PHI / PII data.
- Advise challenges and solutions that account for sensitive data such as Personal Health Information (PHI) and Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
- Provide architectural design and support towards Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) solutions.
- Must maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures. May be assigned other duties.
Qualifications / Requirements:- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in creating automation frameworks and tools to support test automation.
- 7+ years of experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and quality engineering technologies.
- 7+ years of experience in one or more programming languages: Python, JAVA, TypeScript.
- Expertise in standard software testing methodologies, such as unit testing, component testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, code reviews, regression testing, penetration testing, performance testing and design documentation.
- Experience working with AWS.
- Familiar with SauceLabs, Performance Platforms (OctoPerf, Blazemeter, etc.) and Test Data Management tools.
- Strong desire to automate everything and reduce the time required for manual testing.
- Experience in integrating testing artifacts with CI/CD pipelines.
- Managed end-to-end design, development, and testing for applications, including defining technical requirements, planning and executing code releases, and driving the defect management life cycle
- Full stack development experience, including development, security, infrastructure, identity, application, performance and quality.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps/GitOps toolchains GitHub Actions, Circle CI, Jenkins.
- Operational savvy, experienced in monitoring, alerting, and analyzing system metrics using any APM like DataDog, AppDynamics, OpenSource frameworks, AWS monitoring suite.

Salary Range (or rate): $5,400-$6,950/Monthly
Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this position as of the time of posting.
