Descripción
On site Position in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Responsabilities:
o Architect and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot,
while creating responsive and intuitive frontend applications with React.
o Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless
integration between frontend and backend components.
o Drive the adoption of best practices in both Java and React development, setting technical
standards for the team.
o Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business
requirements into robust technical solutions.
o Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion software engineering excellence
across the full technology stack.
o Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices, writing comprehensive unit and
integration tests for both frontend and backend code.
o Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical production issues across the entire stack and optimize
application performance, focusing on both server-side efficiency and client-side responsiveness.
o Contribute to strategic technical decisions and participate in high-level planning for future
product developments.
o Stay current with emerging trends in Java, React, and full-stack development, recommending
and implementing new technologies as appropriate.
Requirements:
o Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
o 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on both Java backend and
React frontend technologies.
o Expert-level knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks, with a proven track record
of building complex backend systems.
o Advanced proficiency in React, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and modern
React patterns (e.g., hooks, context API).
o Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with microservices
architectures.
o Extensive experience with database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks
like Hibernate.
o Solid understanding of web security principles and experience implementing secure
authentication and authorization mechanisms.
o Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g.,
Docker, Kubernetes).
o Strong knowledge of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.
o Expertise in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues across the full technology
stack.
o Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and
non-technical audiences.
o Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior developers and driving technical
initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Familiarity with server-side rendering for React applications.
o Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queuing systems (e.g., Apache Kafka,
RabbitMQ).
o Understanding of DevOps practices and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
o Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Scrum environments.
