As a Customer Care Technical Intern at Nokia your key contributions will include developing and maintaining automation scripts for Nokia products and assisting in customer activities, directly engaging with telecom providers in Latin America. You'll gain hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, Python, and Linux while promoting best practices in automation and database management.

Responsibilities
As part of the team, you will:
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation routines for Nokia products.
- Conduct health checks for Nokia products using scripts.
- Create and manage scripts for automating database tasks.
- Compare different databases through automated scripts.
- Engage in customer activities with Customer Care Managers.
- Collaborate with Customer Care Technical Leads during customer activities.

Qualifications
What is Nokia looking from me:
- Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, C++, Python, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix Environments: Ability to navigate and utilize Linux/Unix systems effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced Office 365 Skills: Proficiency in Power BI and PowerApps.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with GenAI: Interest in and understanding of Generative AI technologies.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Automation Skills: Experience in developing and maintaining automation routines and health checks.
- Adaptability and Creativity: Willingness to work in cross-functional teams and bring innovative solutions.
