Typical travel requirement is up to 100% to support field service activities and customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Conducting on-site installation and testing of equipment, a ssesses product/equipment performance based on experience and support data; recommend modifications or improvements to equipment, documentation and operating processes.
• Documents all inspections, maintenance, repair work and submits paperwork in a timely basis.
• Performing ad-hoc and predetermined work assignments with instructions.
• Following all established guidelines, procedures and policies.
• Working on assignments which are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
• Working in a customer environment with systems operated in a 24/7 environment which require immediate response times (either while on-shift or after hours on-call) and driving long distances to sites.
• Accepting and updating work order in CRM systems such as Salesforce, Maximo, and GURU for our customers.
• Maintains clear and concise business communication proficiency, both oral and written.
• Travel, overtime and work hours other than Monday-Friday may be required.
• Work well with peers from various backgrounds to build effective work relationships.

Basic Qualifications

• Related Trade experience (electrical, electronic, mechanical)/Military Training (electrical, mechanical, electronics).
• 2+ years' experience in field, installation service environments, electrical or mechanical field service roles.
• Physically able to get in narrow spaces, climb ladders / stairs, carry 50+ lbs. without assistance.
• Must be able to push/pull 200 lbs. and move/manipulate equipment weighing up to 1000 lbs. with the assistance of carts, hoists, davit cranes, pallet jacks or other devices as defined in the manuals and Technical Advisory documentation.
• Job requires frequent bending, stooping, twisting, turning, and working in unusual positions requiring full body mobility.
• Must be able to work safely and follow safety precautions in extreme environments (temperature, humidity, noise, confined spaces, etc.) around dangerous industrial equipment.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Computer literacy; competency in use of all programs within MS Office Suite and aptitude for learning specialized software programs.
• Working knowledge of x-ray and/or CT technologies.
• PLC experience is a plus.
• Previous field electrical assembly experience.
• Software integration with electric/mechanical equipment.
• Previous hands on project management is a plus.

Pay Range: Pay Range $44,200.00 - $79,900.00
