SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

SMT Specialist will operate the SMT equipment: Pick and Place machines, solder paste inspection machine, solder printer machine and Reflow Ovens. SMT Operator Follows up the daily production plan and provide a daily report to the full SMT staff.

RESPONSABILITIES & SKILLS

Responsible for the production plan follow up.
Responsible for the SMT equipment operation.
Responsible for the SMT equipment preventive maintenance.
Responsible for following the SMT process controls.
Perform the Feeders preventive maintenance and calibration.
Fix the common equipment failures.
Knowledge of the SMT and TH components, identify the orientation of the polarized components.
Pneumatic, PLC, electric control basics Knowledge
Lean manufacturing tools

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in electronic technician or related field.

3 years or more experience on the PCBA assembly processes.

SMT knowledge
Knowledge of the Juki placement machines, Dek printer machine and Vitronic Reflow Oven Operation.
Knowledge of the Moisture Sensitive Devices Handling
Knowledge of the ESD to the components (Electrostatic Discharge)
knowledge on the IPC-610 Criteria Class 3
