Role Description

This is a contract role for an Automation Engineer at ECON Tech. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, process control, electrical engineering, automation, and robotics. Day-to-day tasks include system control design, PLC programming, control system migration, Commisioning and Start-up.

Qualifications

• Must: Industrial Automation Project expertise (4-7 year of experience)
• Must: Proficiency in PLC programming and control system migration (Siemens)
• Must: Intermediate-Advanced level of English
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drive (Yaskawa, ABB, Siemens)
• Troubleshooting and Process Control skills
• Electrical Engineering expertise
• Experience in creating system control designs and HMI development
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Lead engineering and technical teams in projects
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal teams
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
