Your Profile:

• Previously worked with contract management (supervising and supporting with risk handling, variation- and claim management, contract amendments, negotiations on different levels.
• Energy projects
• Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and advising on contracts
• Corporate law
• Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Law or Business Law. You can also have a technical background with good legal/contractual skills
• Professional Experience (at least 5 years) in contract drafting, review and negotiation, experience in the Energy sector, public biddings.
• Appreciation and understanding of the Energy business Sector with a passion to inspire change in a constructive manner in alignment with the mission and vision of the organization.
• English at professional working proficiency level.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of time.
• Soft Skills: problem solving, negotiation, teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts.
• Provide legal advice to business areas of the company.
• Issue legal opinions regarding commercial law, public contracting, dispute resolution.
• Identify and mitigate risks for the company.
• Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

The Contract Manager position carries out a very meaningful role by working side by side with the different business areas to develop successful projects. The contract manager mitigates the risks in every contract by reviewing and drafting the vital clauses, as well as providing legal advice.
