DEPARTMENT INFORMATION
In the field service department, we are responsible for the coordination, supervision and performance of general field activities under contractual or warranty agreements, the issuance of reports and the follow-up with the customer on any issues generated on site by our units.

Your Profile Project Manager para manejo de proyectos en STM- DRY
- University Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechanical engineer, electromechanical engineer, mecatronic engineer, industrial engineer, or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience in the field of Engineering, Quality, Electrical, Project Management, etc.
- Intermediate to Advanced English level
- Willingness to travel national and internacionally
- Soft Skills; negotiation, leadership, risk management, responsable, costs control, proative, communicative.
- Manage projects responsible within schedule, costs, and quality (according to contractual obligations) during execution phase.
- Ensure efficient and regular communication with customer, factory (project team members and/or factory line functions) and other stakeholders as well as clarify (list of) open points.
- Manage customer expectations to achieve customer satisfaction during project execution.
- Ensure that all customer specifications are transferred/translated correctly into internal factory order, including necessary clarification with customer.
- Coordinate engineering, SCM, manufacturing, and quality processes during project life cycle including clarification of interfaces and information about upcoming tasks.
- Improve project margins compared to the OEC, such as identifying change order opportunities and initiate and drive claims towards customer and procurement.
- Perform periodical project risk and opportunity management together with the commercial project manager (and the project team)
- Report project status to both customers (if applicable) and senior management
- Involve customer and senior management (if applicable) in decision-making process.
- Evaluate and approve project work results for defined key milestones, including the quality gate principle.
- Manage customer acceptance to the project scope and requirements, according to contractual obligations, i.e. document approvals as well as transformer approval in factory (FAT) and, if applicable, on site (depending on incoterms)
- Share key project experiences and lessons learned within relevant factory members, e.g., learnings from NCRs.
- Contribute to advance TR PM community, i.e., best practice and knowledge sharing.
- Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
