Responsibilities are:

• Entrepreneurial management of real estate businessfor the assigned locations with cost sensitivity in accordance with SREstrategy.
• Ensure adequate performance of the FacilityManagement service providers.
• Support the development of space optimizationaccording to the customer needs and market developments and see opportunitiesto improve space efficiency, occupancy cost, as well as SRE rental conditionsboth internally and externally.
• Have solutions for space and services for tenantsaccording to given framework.
• Forecast and budgets for your properties.
• Financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts withcustomers including timely payments to landlords and business partners.
• Driving of real estate innovations, e. g.sustainability improvement.
• Understands corporate real estate and its impactson our business, including daily operations.
• Maintain your knowledge and good understandingabout technical assets/equipment, and conditions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management.
• 5+ years of real estate facility management experience.
• Customer centric mindset, ability to drive win-win solutions when encountering challenging situations.
• Ability to manage projects at one given time.
• Knowledge in Business Administration.
• Good collaboration skill and persuasion skill across multiple groups, internal and external.
• English language knowledge.

Other relevant information

• Career: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration.
• IT Knowledge: AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office (a must). Planon (desirable).
• Work experience: 3-5 years minimum in the Corporate Real Estate Management area.
• Travel requirements: < 10%
