Essential JobFunctions

1. Leads the production team andactivities at the stamping area plan, to achieve strategically operationalgoals, promote organizational values to have the proper work environment.
2. Responsible for the process KPI'srelated to the assigned product, scrap control, yield improvements, andrejection analysis, cost reduction and process improvements.
3. Follow-up the health and safetypolicy
4. Participate at the different phasesof new product development.
5. Rigorous execution the all the processeswe have (stamping process, heavy presses, stop weld machine)
6. Follow-up to the control of ISO9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Requirements(Qualifications, Experience, Skills)

• Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent
• Strongknowledge of sheet metal stamping processes
• Strongcommunication skills
• Analyticalskills, very good judgment, decision making, negotiation, persuasion, people orientation.
• Highlevel of motivation and problem solving
• Microsoftknowledge.
• SAPSystem (preferred).
• Englishlevel (Advanced).
