DESCRIPTION

We are an automotive company based in San Luis Potosí seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department. This role is responsible for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) such as UPTIME, MTTR, MTBF, among others; validating hazardous equipment and process conditions; managing maintenance resources, methods, spare parts, and external suppliers to ensure production equipment remains in optimal condition; adhering to the preventive and predictive maintenance plans across all production lines; and overseeing the indirect warehouse.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

• Promote safety practices within the Maintenance team and other departments, prioritizing the elimination of safety risks.
• Coordinate maintenance resources to ensure service availability during production hours.
• Supervise failure analysis and coordinate corrective actions to restore equipment efficiently.
• Facilitate the necessary resources to ensure the success of projects and achieve goals on time.
• Implement additional periodic routines to prevent production downtime caused by equipment failure or speed issues.
• Conduct spare parts analysis and management.
• Monitor and follow up on Preventive, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Educational background: Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
• Professional experience: 10-15 years in maintenance roles
• Additional capabilities: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with involvement in projects and planning activities within the automotive industry
