At Eni, we are looking for an Instrumental Equipment Specialist within Eni Mexico in Villahermosa , Tabasco. You will be responsible for reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, the Instrument Specialist must ensuring that all the Offshore & Onshore asset are operating within design limits and that any abnormalities are communicated and assessed immediately.
As a member of the operations team at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for :
• Specialist to guarantee the prompt, safe and environment respecting execution of all Maintenance activities in line with OEM manual.
• Managing discipline technicians and vendor personnel.
• Guaranty material and spare parts availability.
• Making proper daily check plan to keep equipment in good and safe condition.
• Studying existing equipment to find opportunity to improve equipment efficiency.
• Diagnosing breakdown problems to reduce the downtime.
• Ensuring that all instruments, control systems, electronic and pneumatic devices, pneumatic valves, Safety valves etc. runs smoothly and reliably.
• Creating maintenance procedure.
• Creating or update datasheet.
• Managing stocks of supplies submit purchase request.
• Managing of equipment's archives and drawing management.
• Respecting of all safety and environment protection procedure and carrying out quality inspections on jobs.
• Monitoring performance of external O&M contractors in the delivery of scopes of work and improvement of HSE performance.
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
• Oil & Gas Industry or Petrochemicals plant experience in maintenance.
• Experience in Pneumatic device.
• Experience in process control systems and safety systems.
• Good knowledge on electronic instruments and tools (hard communicator) to set up or diagnosis all instrument devices.
• Ability to use hard communicator.
• Good competence in automation (read and understand flow chart and cause & effect).
• Good knowledge and experience in control system, PLC, DCS, SCADA etc.
• Experience in pneumatic devices, safety, and pneumatic valves.
• Extensive experience and exposure to root cause analysis and troubleshooting of instrument with state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques.
• Good knowledge of oil & gas process.
• Basic Knowledge of Process Control and mechanic / Electrical.
• Documentation management.
• Ability to use personal computer and office software.
• Knowledge of hazardous areas and hazardous area equipment certification.
• Good knowledge of production facilities in an oil/gas or petrochemical industry and of installation, repair testing and maintenance.
• Must have the ability to read and understand drawings and specifications, P&ID, Loop Diagrams.
• Must be familiar with standard operating practice with respect to maintenance activities in an operational Oil & Gas production/processing environment, with specific regard to hazardous area practices and restrictions.
• Familiar with typical system interfaces to platform control systems and Vendor packages.
