Junior Process Engineer – Recent Graduate

Preferred education:

• Mechatronics Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Mechanical-Administrative Engineering (degree required)

Experience:

• 1 to 2 years in processes, manufacturing, or continuous improvement

Position objective:

• Support continuous improvement of production processes

• Implement automation and technological solutions

• Focus on efficiency, innovation, and safety

Key requirements:

• Advanced English

• Valid visa and passport

• Proficiency in PLC, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Power BI

Main responsibilities:

• Improve production processes

• Automate and adopt emerging technologies

• Document processes and instructions

• Coordinate with operations and quality teams

• Monitor KPIs for efficiency and productivity

• Provide support during audits and global compliance

• Participate in global manufacturing projects

• Propose technological innovations

• Analyze safety in tools and processes

Technical knowledge:

• Power BI (intermediate)

• PLC

• SolidWorks

• AutoCAD

• Microsoft Office Suite
